Ryan Bowman

Ryan is a leading digital and newspaper designer having recently completed work for the Financial Times, Macmillan, Southwark Playhouse and more. His recent work on the FT Weekend won first prize in 2010 Newspaper Awards. He is a member of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts.

Nikolaos Lampropoulos

Nikolaos is an IT professional and web technologist with great love and passion for anything digital. He has worked for digital agencies and digital media companies in both the UK and Greece. He holds a MSc from Imperial College.

Zadok Prescott

Zadok has worked as an advisor to the media industry for a number of years, for media consultancy Human Capital and on a freelance basis. Previous clients have included the BBC, Nature Publishing Group, Texas Pacific Group, ShortList Media and Absolute Radio amongst others.

Tom Broughton

Tom has worked as an advisor to major media companies for 8 years most recently with consultancy Human Capital. Recent clients includes News Corp and the BBC.

In 2010 Andrew K Woods and I travelled the South of America exploring the state of a Republican party in turmoil. We were pre tea-party explosion but interestingly one of the things we gleaned from our interviews was a political dissatisfaction above and beyond the normal “politicians are dopes” trope. In the end, we ended up interviewing 50 people across 5 states; from Columbia, SC our hometown to New Orlean, LA our new favorite place.

We wrote a 3000 word piece for the FT Weekend magazine that ran internationally and directed the creation of a multimedia piece on the trip called Voices from the American South that included video, audio, photography and information graphics all tagged by location, person and issue.
